| We did it!! Over our 36 hour campaign, from Sunday 29th – Monday 30th November, the entire community came together to help Magen David Adom UK exceed its fundraising target of £2,000,000. We have been overwhelmed with all the generous donations and I wanted to personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your incredible support. Thanks to YOU, the total figure raised now stands at £2,080,000 and the donations are still coming in. Thank you to everyone involved in making this a great success, what a way to end an incredibly challenging year for everyone. As you know, MDA is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organisation that depends upon the generosity of its supporters from friends organisations around the world to save lives. This year, due to Covid-19, MDA UK has been unable to hold any fundraising events, therefore the need to raise these funds was greater than ever. Your support will make a huge, lifesaving difference.
