Join Team MDA UK as you run, walk, hop or skip your way through this fantastic day! Pick from three distances, either 1km, 5km or 10km.

London to Brighton Cycle Ride: 15th September 2024
An ICONIC 55-mile bike ride from Capital to Coast. Starting in Clapham Common you’ll join 1000s of other riders along this fully sign-posted route down to the Brighton coast. The registration fee is £55 direct to the organisers, and we ask that you raise a minimum of £350.

Royal Parks Half Marathon: 13th October 2024
The half marathon route leads you through four of London’s Royal Parks – it is the greenest race of it’s kind in the UK! The Team MDA UK registration fee is £25, and we ask that you raise a minimum of £500.
