There are few organisations in Israel that invest as much in the future generations as Magen David Adom. Whether it be through volunteer programmes or youth training, MDA firmly has one eye on tomorrow. In the UK, things are no different and we look to engage and inspire the next cohort of Lifesavers.
Already in 2023, our Young MDA patrons hosted various events to raise awareness and funds for MDA in Israel. All under the banner of the Young MDA Patronage scheme – “Lifesavers”.
“Catered and Curated”, an exclusive evening with Sonja and Tony Page took place at their London residence. Mr and Mrs Page gave a talk about their personal art collection which can be seen around their home. This was followed by an update on the lifesaving work that was taking place in Israel, and the guests had the opportunity to renew their support for the organisation.

To finally bring in the summer, Young MDA also hosted a party for over 120 guests in trendy Primrose Hill. The venue was kitted out in red, white and stars and the drinks were flowing. The funds raised at these events have gone towards the medical emergency, disaster, ambulance and blood services which MDA provides daily to all Israeli citizens.
