The Prize Draw is free to enter. You must be over the age of 18 to enter.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees of MDA, Commercial & Creative, Motif, their families or anyone else directly or indirectly involved in the running or promotion of the Prize Draw. Motif reserve the right in their sole discretion to exclude any person from the Prize Draw at any time.
Motif will handle the administration of all survey and Prize Draw entries. Survey responses will not be attributable to an individual entered into the prize draw.
To enter the prize draw, please click on the link to complete the survey. Confirm at the end to indicate you wish to take part and provide your email address. Alternatively, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please put ‘MDA UK Survey Prize Draw’ in the subject line of the email.
There is 1 prize of a Mezuzah on the new £90 million National Blood & Logistics Centre in Israel.
Only one survey entry is permitted per person using the link sent. Opening date for entries will be 10th November. This prize draw will be held on 25th November. Closing date for entries is 24th November.
No alternative will be offered. The winner will be chosen in a computer-generated random draw.
Notification of a winning entry: The winner will be notified in writing that they have won, within 14 days of the draw closing. Notification will be sent to the email address provided at the end of the survey. We will ask for confirmation of receipt before sending the prize via email. If confirmation of email receipt is not received within 14 days of notification, Motif shall be entitled to select another winner in substitution.
All decisions as to the winner of the Prize Draw will be at Motif’s sole discretion and will be final and binding. Details of the winner will be available to participants upon written request, but no other correspondence can be entered into.
Neither MDA UK nor Motif accepts any liability of any kind whatsoever to any person in connection with the prize draw.
Nothing in these rules operates to limit or exclude any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
If any part of these rules is held to be invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other part of these rules not held to be invalid.
This prize draw is being conducted according to the requirements of the MRS Code of Conduct.
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these rules and the prize draw (including in respect of any claims or disputes).
