Participants must provide a copy of their passport to MDA UK. The registration fee of £600 is non-refundable and does not form part of the required sponsorship. If you withdraw from the trip any later than 4 weeks before departure, you are responsible for paying the full costs that have been incurred by MDA UK for your place.
