MDA UK’s Volunteering Mission
This is your chance to be part of something bigger. Join the mission. Make a difference. In the mornings you’ll be undertaking various volunteering opportunities, after which you’ll experience various elements of Israeli and MDA life.
Our 2026 Volunteering Mission is powered by Birthright Israel, meaning although it is open to anyone 18+, the cost is highly subsidised for those under 50.

From a Portable Bomb Shelter to funding blood services in the Marcus National Blood Services Centre and providing medics with bulletproof equipment, every single person who undertook a challenge in aid of Magen David Adom UK in 2024 can say that they truly helped to save more lives on the frontlines in Israel.
